Microsoft 365 Migration
The migration included enabling a new Microsoft 365 tenant, adding users to the Microsoft 365 database, assigning appropriate licenses, and configuring the vanity domain. The project also involved enabling Exchange, OneOrive for Business, SharePoint, and Teams. The migration to Microsoft 365 offered many benefits to Champ Industries. Staff could access documents from any device, facilitating collaboration internally and with business partners. The migration also reduced on-premise infrastructure and support costs, eliminated future infrastructure upgrade costs, and allowed the company to pay for only what they used. Additionally, Microsoft 365’s data protection and backup options, robust security feature, and antisparn services offered peace of mind and improved security for the company.

User Friendly Managed Services
Petals West is a premier distributor of farm direct fresh flowers. Petal West’s requirements included transitioning to a proactive IT support model, resolving ongoing technical issues, and improving staff productivity. Broadview Networks proposed a solution that addressed these requirements through auto-remediation, a process for resolving ongoing issues, immediate remediation of known technical issues, and training to improve staff productivity with technology. Broadview’s Managed Services offered a range of benefits including customer portal access, network documentation, IT management tools, auto-remediation, renewal management, and 24/7 alerting. These services were available at different levels, including a Professional Plan and a Folly Managed Plan. The client could also choose from optional services such as managed anti-virus, firewall monitoring, and two-factor authentication.
Red River Mutual
IT Staff & End-user Support
Red River Mutual provides insurance products and services to over 70,000 policyholders. The company experienced significant growth with the addition of more than 25 staff members over 10 months and a move to a new, larger location. As a result, Red River Mutual required a support package that would complement their existing IT staff but also provide support directly to their end-users. Red River’s requirements included providing help desk support for end-users, allowing their internal resources to focus on projects and initiatives that support the business, strategic goals and vision. They also required data center monitoring, patch management, remediation, and network monitoring. Broadview Networks implemented a solution that included Fully Managed support services for the client end-point environment and the °IT Assist” support plan for the data center. The onboarding process included a review of requirements, the creation of a plan for agent deployment and testing, guidance around a communication strategy, and a review and tune of the ticket escalation process. The solution also included monthly and quarterly reporting.
